- $50 - $149.99 = $11.95
- $150.00 + = $15.95
- Heavy Items - Exercise Equipment etc. = $39

Orders Process between 2-5 days.
Shipping between 2-7 days (7-21 days for heavy items).

Delivery times may be longer for items that require ground only shipping or items that may be on back order.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional time.

You may upgrade to Express or Overnight shipping on some items. Request must be by email and include the Order Number. We will let you know the additional charges within 24 hours.

Shipping varies depending on item and circumstance. We may ship by Trucking Company, FedEx, UPS or US Mail.

BRC SUPERSTORE'S Cancellations:

You may cancel your order or item(s) on your order within 24 hours or if it is on BACK ORDER ONLY. Please email us at: CancelOrder@BestRateCom.net and give your Order Number and which item(s) you wish to cancel.

BRC SUPERSTORE'S Returns:

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for a full credit or refund under any of the following circumstances:

· Item is in new condition with original packaging unopened
· Makeup item does not meet color expectations and is unopened
· Item was received damaged or defective
· Incorrect item was shipped

Please make sure you let us know the reason for your return:

"C" - Makeup color not as expected
"M" - Received an item that was not ordered
"D" - Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts
"O" - Other (please describe)

We'll also provide free RETURN SHIPPING if your return is the result of our error and item was the direct purchase through BRC SUPERSTORE and not one of our affiliate stores.

We will either have UPS pick up the return or after we receive your return we will issue a refund check for your UPS Ground or US Mail shipping charges. DO NOT SEND US Priority Mail. DO NOT SEND C.O.D., we will refuse the charges and it will be returned to you.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES MAY REFUSE ITEM FROM DELIVERY COMPANY AND ITEM WILL RETURN TO SENDER AND REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items (unless damaged) or items returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless stated otherwise; some items like exercise equipment may have a 45-60 day Guarantee.

BRC SuperStore orders with BRC Order Form or PayPal Order Form do not refund shipping.
