The notion that milk (DAIRY) is good for all of us throughout life has been fostered by the dairy industry. Do I hear $$$ Cha-Ching?

However, except for people of northern European origin, most adults worldwide can’t digest lactose, the natural sugar in milk. This is because as they mature, their bodies stop making the enzyme that breaks it down. As a result, they develop gas, cramps and/or diarrhea whenever they drink milk.

But lactose intolerance isn’t the only problem with milk and milk products. The milk protein, casein, can irritate the immune system and stimulate mucus production worsening allergy and cold symptoms.

This is why milk consumption is associated with recurrent childhood ear infections, eczema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, and sinus conditions.

Even those who are not allergic to milk, like people who have autoimmune diseases or digestive problems, may find that their symptoms improve when they eliminate milk and milk products.

Substituting Soy milk or Rice milk for the Cow’s milk you buy at the local grocer isn’t as simple as it sounds.

Rice milk contains little protein, and for that reason is not a good milk substitute for children unless you add other protein sources to their diets.

Soy milk is protein-rich but is also linked to cancers and other illness and disease. We don't recommend any soy products! BEWARE! They are laced with disease forming molds and mycotoxins.

A lot of soy products also contain the thickening agent carrageenan, a seaweed derivative, which has been reported as being unsafe, causing dizzyness and other health problems.

We recommend, especially if you’re watching your weight, skimmed/fat-free or 1% RAW Cow's Milk or at very least ORGANIC Cow's Milk or Goat milk IF you insist on drinking animal milk.

Give your child cheap regular grocery brand store cow's milk and what happens? Eventually, ear aches, running noses, allergies, stomach pain and a big list of many other illnesses including cancer! Those cow's are fed anti-biotics and growth hormones! They are also fed things that are unmentionable you would not believe; we have heard that they are fed chicken manure (which contains more anti-biotics and growth hormones they feed the chickens) and worse?! We can only imagine.

Personally we would hope you would not feed regular cow's milk to your family.

Why is there so many young children getting cancer and other diseases these days? Even babies! What main ingredient is in their diet? Cow's MILK! If mother doesn't breast feed they get it from day one.

I have seen first hand the many babies and young children at Hospitals, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN for one, with cancers and other diseases...it is a very sad thing to see.

Tubes in the ears, allergies, constant colds and flu like syptoms that doctors just want to give antibiotics for because they do not know what is causing it...they do not look for the cause they only treat the symptoms! They only know to cut out with surgery (when possible) and radiate tumors and poison the system while poisoning healthy organs with drugs, sometimes with fatal results, trying to kill cancer and other diseases when they should be feeding the immune system with LIVE enzymes (fresh foods, minerals & vitamins) so it can do it's job...kill the enemy!

O.K. so you didn't know...neither do a lot of of other people. For years people suffer, children suffer, some even die, it's not JUST the milk that causes all cancer or disease but it sure doesn't help, it damages the immune system so it can't fight illness and disease, it makes it worse!

ACNE from milk? YES! We who have it know. The doctors say diet doesn't matter but they are wrong! When we eat that Pizza or drink that Milk or eat that Chocolate (that has milk in it) what happens? We who suffer know all to well... we call them ZITS! Since I started taking PROBIOTICS my skin has cleared even though I still get occasional breakouts when I eat BAD FOODS.

We all tend to believe what we hear on T.V. and what we read in magazines etc. "Milk does a body good" THEY say... with many famous people being sponsors with their FAKE milk mustaches. The sad truth is the mustache isn't milk at all but ice cream or some form of thick cream painted on their lip or could it even be Elmers Glue? I used to work for a Food Photograhper and know lots of their TRICKS to get pictures to look perfect... so much for honesty ... it's all staged for a good "picture", milk wouldn't stay on the lip and look that thick and withstand the hot lights needed for professional photography.

It's a money making $$$ industry first and foremost and they don't really care about our health. The truth is "MILK DOES NO BODY GOOD" and actually does a lot of harm and damage to our bodies.

Breast feeding is the best for human babies if the mother is eating right. God made it that way. But, if there is some reason you can't or won't breast feed, please give your baby someone's breast milk if you can find a donor to purchase from or a milk bank (they are around)and if you must use a milk based formula get a Raw Milk formula if you can find one or an ORGANIC brand like Horizon.

Horizon has been exposed lately of falsely advertising. The cows aren't treated any better than any other dairy farms the only difference may be what they fed. We get a picture of free roaming cows on big pastures. Not so.

DON'T EVER give your precious baby regular MILK from the grocery store. If it doesn't say "ORGANIC" don't buy it. Giving a baby non-organic cow's milk will lead to serious problems starting with colic, allergies, colds, damaged immune systems, ear infections and possibly something more serious like cancer or even death.

NOW THE GROSS REASON!

Today's milk (most meat and processed foods) are growing giants. The growth hormones given to the animals gets into the systems of our children and some of them (especially the ones that over eat) are becoming giants, not just tall either most of them are over-weight and a lot are obese.

Cow's are fed Chicken manure. Suppose to have proteins or something beneficial in it and it makes the food last longer (an additive and somewhere to put all that chicken manure) but...it also has the growth hormones and antibiotics that are given to the chickens so not only do you get the hormones and antibiotics and whatever else the give the cows you get what they are giving chickens when eating beef and drinking milk! Besides eating the chicken's that have growth hormones and anti-biotics in them and their eggs! Unless they are ORGANIC they are JUNK!

Actually Pork is a better choice because pigs have a high resistance to disease and are not fed antibiotics or hormones because they don't need them but be careful of eating too much bacon or cuts with a lot of fat, animal fat is NOT good for your ateries and can lead to clogged arteries and heart disease.

Many people pay a high price for bad eating habits and lack of supplementation. Some women no longer have any female organs, appendix or gall bladder, etc. If only they could have known they could have avoided surgery and health problems that resulted. Be careful and read labels! Try to buy things that say "Organic" or "Grass fed" or "free roaming" where NO drugs or chemicals are used.

Of course, Cow's Milk is made into other dairy products! Many forms of Cheese, Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, Butter, Cream, Yogurt, Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream. Plus they ADD other things in these items that are not good for us. Is it worth the risk?

I for one like Ice Cream but...every time I eat it I get bloated, gas, a headache and stomach ache. I don't do it very often any more...but I will admit...I do have temporary insanity on occasion (especially in the Summer) but it's not my lifestyle anymore. If you buy probiotics at your local health food store make sure they are in a cooler, any probiotic on a shelf and not in a refrigerator is not a probiotic worth taking. They must be kept cold or they go bad.

It's hard for any one to change eating habits.
We have spent our whole lives being brainwashed into believing lies and propaganda from the dairy industry etc. and it takes a while to get un-brainwashed. We must have a strong desire to be healthy and be willing to actively change our eating habits, even if it's very slowly and only a little at a time.

If you have to drink milk buy RAW or the Organic brand that doesn't have all the other poisons added to it!

Water, Herbal Teas, Herbal Coffees, sweetened with Honey or Stevia if desired and 100% Juices or make your own juices are very healthy drink alternatives! There are several flavored Stevia products out today that make great tasting flavored waters and teas!

FILTERED WATER being the best...God knew what he was doing when he created it! Try them and LIVE healthy! If you need to buy a pitcher that has a filter in it and filter your tap water that way, it's much cheaper than buying bottled water.

Eat more fresh [or cooked for only 5 minutes] vegetables and fruits. Stay away from anything made with grains (corn is a grain, white flour, wheat flour, anything derived from wheat) eat Sprout Bread such as Ezekiel Breads and Grass Fed Beef/Chicken, Organic Fish, Chicken and Turkey (if you wish to eat meat).

Eliminate products from your diet that contain: white flour, white rice (may eat rarely), processed white or brown sugar, corn and corn products including corn syrup, caffiene, dyes, MSG (mono sodium gultamate) and any other preservative or chemical you can't pronounce on a label!

USE ONLY ORGANIC COCONUT OIL, FLAXSEED OIL OR COLD PRESSED VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.

But if you do insist on eating things that are not good for you please take a good FIBER supplement daily in addition to a good healthy supplement plan with a Multi-Vitamin as your base to get rid of it as fast as you can!

Do you plant a garden? Use manure? Try to find a local horse farm that will sell you manure. Most horses in the USA are not fed a bunch of drugs and garbage so it won't get into your garden food like using cow or other types manures.
