The first year we didn't do anything but clean up the messes everytime she had them, we knew nothing about dog seizures. She was having about 6-12 seizures per month during this time.

The second year we took her to the vet and he gave her Postassium Bromide. He said dog seizures were quite common even though we had never heard of them. The seizures slowed down to 4-8 per month but never stopped. Her eyes also started to get gooey pussy looking junk leaking out of them very badly and had to be cleaned at least 3 times a day!

Then I found Pet Medicine Chest (see below) and got the Pet DETOX formulas and the Pet SEIZURE formula and WOW!!! In 2 weeks her eyes were completely clear .. NO cleaning needed! They looked clear and bright too. She seemed to be getting more energy also.

We took her off ALL food that was not 100% natural, no preservatives or additives and NO sugar, soy, wheat, rye, peanut butter or corn.

We do give her GREENIES, the smallest size, a couple of times per week even though I am not sure they are totally healthy SHE LIKES THEM and they don't seem to be hurting her.

* Note: we gave her dry natural food but still gave her treats that were not 100% natural and healthy through the 3rd month before it dawned on us to get rid of ALL toxic food and it shows on the chart below!

I started to slowly wean her off the Seizure formula in March 2005 by reducing her daily dose by 1 drop for a whole month, we are now in August 2005 and she is down to only 4 drops per day and is doing great.

In Sept I bought new treats that we suppose to be all natural but are they??? Also have my daughter living back at home and sometimes she feeds her things she shouldn't and leaves her food laying around.

Had her down to 4 drops but decided to put her back on 5 drops per day of the seizure supplement and now using regular plain yogurt (NOT low fat or non-fat) that has live cultures in it to mix meds with instead of the half & half which was making her gain weight.

So you can see LIFE IS MUCH EASIER for her and us now that we give her 100% natural healthy organic when possible food and treats and keep her on the Pet Medicine Chest Seizure supplement regimen!
